Following the merger of EarQ and ConsultYHN, I led the development of a new CQ Partners Website.  We needed a website that represented the brand and services of our newly formed entity.  The design and development of the site were executed in collaboration with the newly integrated design, communications, and digital teams.

Responsibilities

Led and managed the Iris+ digital marketing platform used by more than 100+ independent hearing care practices.

Directly managed the team developing websites and doing digital marketing, integrating productivity tools to align teams and improve time to market while increasing output.

Implemented real-time online appointment booking, which enabled 30% of appointments to be booked outside of business hours.

Maintained a high-performing website portfolio with performance scores in the high 90s (SEM Rush, GT Metrix, Google PageSpeed Insights, Wave).

Upgraded Iris's portfolio of websites to custom WordPress sites allowing for improved performance and streamlined maintenance. 

Implemented an omnichannel low-funnel marketing strategy to drive the best quarterly results in company history.


Results

  • Increased revenue and grew subscribers by 230% YOY by moving from “a la carte” services to a subscription model for CQ Partners’ proprietary Iris+ program, the #1 digital marketing platform for hearing practices with 100+ active members, offering telehealth, SEO, SEM, social, video, reputation management, and custom WordPress websites.
  • Ensured on-time delivery amidst a high 75% year-over-year growth in our digital marketing program by implementing an effective project-tracking workflow, enhancing team collaboration, and meeting the surge in demand by integrating productivity tools across projects, teams, and tasks. (Zapier, Google docs, Adobe sign, Slack, Trello, Blue Cat).

CQ unified member experience portal

  • Led strategic development of a new member portal, collaborating with the VP of IT,  including leading a PowerBI integration to provide consolidated KPIs 
  • Crafted strategy and led requirements development working with stakeholders across sales, marketing, analytics, and operations
  • Directed RFPs, executed agency, and technology partner selections, and cultivated key relationships
  • Led content, UX, and development teams
